Built in 1986 but not completed until 1996 this is a popular model of boat with good reason. She is currently in need of some finishing which has been reflected in the price, and this is the chance for a real bargain!

Engines and Tankage: Volvo MD17D 36hp diesel inboard engine shaft driven to 3 blade prop. Engine completely re-built circa 2009. Cruising speed 6kn, top speed 7kn. 70 gallon stainless fuel tank.
Sails and Rig: Ketch rig with in mast mainsail reefing and roller reefing on genoa. Jib, mainsail, mizzen and spinnaker with snuffer. Spinnaker pole.
Electrics/Electronics: 2 x 12v batteries charged from engine alternator. Shore power (not currently connected) 2kw inverter. All interior and exterior lighting. Compass. VHF. Echosounder. GPS (x2). Autopilot. Log. Clock/barometer.
Galley: 2 burner gas cooker with grill (no oven). Icebox. 70 gallon stainless water tank with manual pump to sink.
Other: Horn. Manual and elexcric bilge pumps. Heads. Holding tank with macerator pump. Survey from 2010 available to view for anyone seriously interested.
Extras: 4 lifejackets. Liferaft 6 man (serviced 2010).
